Submissions are open all year. Accepted papers appear in the next quarterly issue.
Article Processing Charges
SJAIBT is open access: anyone can read and download every article free of charge. Authors of accepted papers pay a one-time article processing charge (APC). There is no fee to submit, and no fee for rejected papers.

What the APC includes
- Editorial handling and double-blind peer review
- A DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for the article
- Formatting and online publication, open access
When and how to pay
Payment is requested only after a paper has been accepted. The fee never influences the review decision. The editorial office sends the payment details with the acceptance letter. After paying, email the transaction ID, paper ID and paper title to editor@sjaibt.org.
Licence
New articles are published under CC BY 4.0. See License Terms.
Fee waiver
Authors who cannot pay may ask the editor for a full or partial waiver before acceptance. A waiver request has no effect on peer review.
Withdrawal and refunds
If an author withdraws a paper after acceptance but before publication, the APC may be refunded in full or in part. Once a paper is published, the APC is not refunded.
